Deliverables
eavantage produces the consulting deliverables an engagement needs — roughly twenty templates spanning every phase, from a current-state capability map through the gap analysis and target design to the implementation roadmap and the closure report.
The exact set available in your deployment depends on the active domain packs and on how much of the engagement’s data has been collected.
Generating a deliverable
Section titled “Generating a deliverable”In Phase 4’s deliverables library, each card is a deliverable type derived from the engagement’s real data. The card tells you:
- whether it has the data it needs,
- which formats make sense for it,
so you don’t assemble an invalid template-plus-format combination. Generate, and eavantage assembles the deliverable from the approved model, the gap register, the recommendations, and the roadmap.
The completeness check
Section titled “The completeness check”Before a deliverable renders, eavantage runs a completeness check against its template. If the underlying data is less than complete, you get a completeness report and a choice — proceed with a visible, permanent incompleteness annotation, or go back and fill the gaps. The annotation can’t be hidden or removed once the deliverable is generated incomplete.
Formats
Section titled “Formats”Deliverables render to Word (.docx), PowerPoint (.pptx), PDF, and SVG — including capability maps, heat maps, an interactive capability portal heat map, and roadmap visuals.
Client-facing deliverables
Section titled “Client-facing deliverables”Some deliverables are surfaced to the client through the client portal for review and acceptance, rather than sent as files.
