Your environment, your data
One deployment, inside your environment. There is no vendor-held copy of your engagement data, your model, or your client’s documents.
The AI features send business content to the language-model provider you choose — Anthropic, OpenAI, or Azure OpenAI — because they have to reason over it. Personal names are pseudonymised before that happens.
Every change is captured in an audit log that can’t be edited after the fact. Closure requires a dual sign-off with verified identity. Backups are encrypted, internal traffic can run over TLS, and sign-in supports single sign-on (OIDC) and multi-factor authentication.
