The price
eavantage is US$100 a month, per firm — not per seat, and not per client engagement. You license the software and run it yourself: one deployment per firm, on your own infrastructure (seeDeployment). It is not a metered cloud service — the platform does not bill you for usage, storage, or API calls on top of that.
The price is the same whether you’re an independent consultant or a small consultancy running several engagements at once. Every domain pack is included, including the flagship AI-readiness pack — there’s nothing extra to unlock.
What’s included
The licence covers eavantage the software: the full product, every domain pack, and our own bug fixes and product updates as we ship them.
Work built specifically for your firm — a custom integration, a bespoke deliverable template, anything beyond what the product already does — is scoped and quoted separately, based on what you’re asking for.
What you pay for beyond the licence
Two things, both going to your own suppliers rather than to us:
- Your infrastructure — the compute, storage, and network eavantage runs on.
- Your language-model usage — eavantage calls a provider you choose (Anthropic, OpenAI, or Azure OpenAI); that provider bills you for what it processes.
Because there is no shared hosting, we carry none of this per customer.
Domain packs
eavantage extends through domain packs — bundles of standards, deliverable templates, and playbook entries for a particular kind of engagement, such as the AI-readiness pack. Every pack is included in the price above; there’s no separate pack pricing.
If you stop
If you stop licensing eavantage, nothing is deleted and you are never locked out of what you have built. Because your data never left your environment, there is nothing for us to return or delete.
A licensed deployment confirms its licence with our licensing service about once a day. If that lapses, then after a seven-day grace period the deployment moves to a reduced state: existing engagements stay readable, every export keeps working, and sign-in, backup, and restore are unaffected — but starting new engagements and new AI extraction pauses until the licence is restored. See the licence check.
A lapse also ends access to future updates, our support, and — if you were using a language-model key provided under your licence — that key. The specifics, including any notice period, are set in the licence agreement.
Deployment covers what it takes to run;Security covers data handling.
